Built in the 1960's Nanjing's Yangtze River Great Bridge was the first to span lower Yangtze River, already more than a mile wide at this point. The bridge comes complete with imagery of that era. The "revolutionary heroes" in the statue are waving copies of Mao Zedong's Little Red Book. |
